Callout Error: Apex type not found for element Name

I ran into a horrible callout error with SOAP request and response. After a lot of research found the issue & solution.

Issue: WSDL2APEX code generator

Error: System.CalloutException: Web service callout failed: Unable to parse callout response. Apex type not found for element Name

Fix: Use FuseIT application


Generate apex from this application and then utilize it.
